Changemaker Campus Selection Manager

Changemaker Campuses are field-leading institutions who embrace social innovation as both an educational offering for students and as a framework for re-envisioning the role of the university itself.

The Selection Manager will guide colleges and universities through a complex, multi-stage selection process designed to help institutions break down barriers to institutional change, hone their strategies for advancing social innovation across the institution, and become leaders in the field of social innovation in higher education. The process brings together stakeholders across the institution to craft a vision and action plan for social innovation, while providing constructive feedback, recommendations, connections, and comparative institutional case studies. The Selection Manager will also work to innovate the selection process and associated products for increasingly diverse institutional types and harvest best practices in institutional change that will enrich Ashoka U methodologies and knowledge products. A full job description is available here.
