2017 Ashoka U Exchange Presentation Application Now Live 

The Exchange, co-hosted by Miami Dade College on March 2-4, 2017 in Miami, Florida, is one of the world’s largest annual gatherings that highlights exciting, globally relevant models of social innovation in higher education.

This year, we’re calling for content on three key pillars of leadership critical to transform higher education into a tool for social impact:

1.    Developing Individual Skillsets to Lead Transformative Change

2.    Learning and Implementing Programmatic Innovations

3.    Advancing Social Innovation as a Field in Higher Education

Empathy Cultivation Workshops for Undergraduates

Innovation is not enough to create positive social change – changemakers also need empathy and connection with their own deeply held values. The Ignite Institute, through the Pacific School of Religion, now offers trainings and workshops focused on empathy cultivation and multi-faith spiritual practices for social change.
