Once sold out, students must pay the $699 Early bird registration price. Location The 2018 Exchange will take place in Boston, Massachusetts at the Sheraton Boston Hotel. Accommodations Ashoka U has a room block at the Sheraton Boston Hotel and participants will be eligible to reserve a room at at reduced rate. Travel We suggest flying into Logan International Airport (BOS). The Sheraton is about 5 miles from Logan. FAQ How do I register for the Exchange? Tickets for the 2018 Exchange go on sale on October 31, 2017. How much does registration cost? We have three price tiers that adjust based on when you register for the Exchange. Early Bird Discount Tickets – $699 – October 31, 2017 – November 17, 2017 Regular Registration Tickets – $850 – November 18, 2017 – March 16, 2018 Student Registration Tickets (limited availability) – $475 – October 31, 2017 until we run out. We limit tickets per campus – 4 student tickets per Changemaker Campus and 2 student tickets per non-Changemaker Campuses. I’ve attended the Exchange before and filled out an application. Do I still need to apply to attend? No, you will not need to fill out an application to attend the 2018 Exchange. We now just ask that you immediately pay your registration fee. However when you register, we will ask you several questions to get to know you better. What does registration include? Your Exchange registration includes: Three action-packed days of content about social innovation education Three plenary sessions Face-to-face time with the leaders in the field Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks Exclusive access the list of 700+ attendees and contact information The majority of the presentations involve 3-4 experts and a facilitator speaking on a topic or theme. Please submit your presentation by October 2, 2017. To be considered, you must answer a series of short and long-answer questions about your presentation topic.You can learn more about the specific themes on the “Agenda” page of our website. The majority of the presentations involve 3-4 experts and a moderator speaking on a topic or theme. What is the refund policy? Ashoka U will provide a full refund from October 31, 2017 to December 15, 2017, and a 50% refund from December 16, 2017 to January 15, 2018.
