1) Develop and Empower Higher Education Change Leaders:

Awareness-Raising, Team- and Culture-Building with Ashoka Fellows

Social Entrepreneur in Residence: Trained Ashoka Fellow inspires and builds cross-campus awareness and engagement.

Visioning Meeting: Ashoka U staff come to campus to catalyze a shared vision and build a campus change team.

Launch Event: Change team applications processed, interviews and selection, team-building with Ashoka U and 2-3 Ashoka Fellows to launch a cross-campus campaign for social entrepreneurship and social innovation.

 

2) Advance Universities as Campus-Wide Hubs of Social Innovation:

Vision, Strategy and Institutional Change Work with Ashoka U and Changemaker Campus Leaders

Ashoka U in Residence: Ashoka U staff share insights, lessons learned, and promising practices from Changemaker Campuses and the broader Ashoka U network of colleges and universities

Campus Change Accelerator: Changemaker Campus leader comes to campus to advise on institutional change work

Ecosystem Mapping and Strategic Planning: Campus change team driven, setting the vision and exploring an institutional trajectory to build a growing and thriving ecosystem for social innovation and social entrepreneurship

 

Faculty Engagement, Research, and Curriculum-Building with Experienced Faculty of Social Entrepreneurship

Faculty in Residence: Experienced faculty in social entrepreneurship share their expertise on teaching and research in social entrepreneurship

Faculty Institute: Expert faculty deliver knowledge, tools, and coaching to develop a new course, improve a course, or integrate a social entrepreneurship module into an existing disciplinary or interdisciplinary course

 

3) Catalyze Universities as Co-Creators of Social Change:

Developing Innovative Strategic Partnerships, Advancing Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation across Higher Education

Changemaker Campus: Consortium change leaders develop a peer learning community and share best-practices with the field. Ashoka U facilitates innovative collaborations with Ashoka Fellows and other Ashoka-wide programs.

 

Residencies: $5,000 for 1.5 day site visit, plus travel expenses and accommodation.

Institutes/Events: $15,000 for 2 days site visit, plus travel expenses and accommodation, includes extensive preparation, key stakeholder interviews, and follow up.

Changemaker Campus: $10,000 annually, plus any applicable travel expenses. 20-40% discounts on all Ashoka U products and programs.
