Leading for Resilience and Relevance in Higher Ed

A virtual series for harnessing the power of changemaking in the classroom and across campus

In the midst of crisis and disruption, the need for innovative problem solvers and systems changers has never been clearer. Not only do we need students to be the next generation of changemakers, but we also need educators and leaders to be adaptive and lead change in their classrooms and across their institutions.

We invite faculty, staff, and administrators to join our virtual two-part series as we introduce frameworks and case stories that showcase how to use changemaking to foster more relevant and impactful educational experiences and community and institutional outcomes.

Registration will be limited per session to ensure intimate engagement among participants. This series is made possible by Wheaton College in Massachusetts.

As our recent times have revealed, more than ever we need educators ready to adapt, innovate, and create educational experiences that prepare students to lead in an increasingly complex and uncertain world. What does it mean to educate with an innovator lens and model how to respond to ambiguity and changing situations? And how do you design educational experiences to foster students who are able to lean into entrepreneurial mindsets and the importance of collaboration and empathy when times get tough? This interactive workshop will demonstrate how you can be a more adaptive, creative, innovative, and ultimately, more impactful educator.
