As we enter a period of rapid change and disruption, how can changemaking help us to meet the moment? Why and how are Changemaker Campuses leading the way - reimagining and building an entirely new era for higher education?
Change Leaders from campuses around the world are invited to this immersive networking and capacity-building experience. Spend three days in Washington, DC focused on innovative transformation. Connect with peers, learn new skills, explore new paradigms while overlooking the famous landmarks of the capital of the United States.
In 2025, the event will be hosted by Ashoka U at Ashoka's Global Headquarters in the Washington, DC metro area. It will take place April 28-30, 2025. Sessions will focus on building individual capacity (for Change Leaders, for students), building the capacity of your teams, communities, and institutions, and on strengthening networks to support this important work.
Since its inception in 2014, the Change Leader Retreat provides space exclusively for Change Leaders at Ashoka U Changemaker Campuses to connect, discuss network-wide updates and strategy, and seed opportunities for collaborations.
It is focused on fostering internal connection among Changemaker Campuses, and on providing a space to solidify the identity of Change Leaders and Changemaker Campuses.
